   Spearhead the well surveillance process to identify and execute production improvement opportunities on wells, facilities, and operations. Develop AFEs, cost estimates, and procedures essential to workovers and recompletions. Coach and mentor novice engineers and interns. Facilitate post audit reviews of workover costs and well performance to deliver economic programs. Utilize expertise to recommend modifications and investments to upgrade systems and minimize operating costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprised of Land, Finance, Production Accounting, Drilling, Completion, Facilities, Geology, Reservoir, Development, Well Analysis and Design, Reserves, Midstream, and Supply Chain. Key Achievements: • Developed artificial lift systems (ESP, Gas Lift, Beam) for horizontal and vertical wells with diverse producing depths and fluid types. • Demonstrated creativity, motivation, and teamwork within a challenging environment with an emphasis on the optimization and improvement of current artificial lift systems and field operation practices. • Utilized new technologies to improve artificial lift efficiency in high-gas slug-flow dominated horizontal wells. • Worked in the Permian Basin, and more specifically the Delaware Basin, with unconventional reservoirs and completed various functions including authoring procedures for workovers, proposing artificial lift revisions and improvements, providing surveillance and troubleshooting for production wells, and minimizing production decline across the asset.
