About Courtney Heba Valis
Driving AI transformation across our Enterprise Manufacturing Industry using Copilot for M365. My role requires me to identify high value use cases across different lines of businesses and engineer solutions using AI, driving ROI through increased revenue or reduction in operating costs. As a modern work specialist, additionally I am hyper focused on productivity and enhancing employee experience using the MSFT M365 stack. In my previous role, I was an Agile leader driving transformation at Carters | Oshkosh B\'gosh. My role was to accelerate the visibility of 2021 strategic initiatives to leaders in both IT and business through facilitation of Roadmap and Quarterly Planning sessions, where we seek to align on goals, highlight risks, and acknowledge dependencies. I was responsible for the delivery of the website scrum teams and led the implementations of a new brand, Little Planet (organic, sustainable clothes), a revamped on-site search, and tailored shopping experience. Before Carter\'s, I was an Agile Coach at Delta Air Lines, helping with our Enterprise Transformation. As a member of the Agile Center of Excellence I also worked a year at Delta\'s dojo. Delta\'s dojo is an 8 week immersive experience for IT teams with Big Audacious Goals. While at Dojo, I coached 26 Scrum Masters and facilitated 30 training courses in topics ranging from Intro to Agile to Estimation to Teaming. Previously, I worked at AT & T in Corporate Technology Sales with a background in account management selling B2B network infrastructure (fiber) and mobile applications. To supplement my love for helping others grow, I teach one night a week at Georgia Gwinnett College C# and MIS courses. I am also a Georgia Tech MBA graduate with a 6 Sigma Black belt that I use often to streamline inefficient processes.
