I also currently serve as primary program manager for our Data Privacy Compliance program that spans the entire organization- People & department leader for project management team, program management team, and operations staff- Manages our cross-functional leadership group, organizes multiple teams & departments, develops operational roadmaps, and implements change management plans - Manages & develops our org-wide communications including events, all hands, & broad comms- Manages our OKR planning process, alignment process, cadence, and tracking- Drives change and process improvements based on active feedback loops- Served as first project manager, developed & hired project management staff, introduced tools and frameworks, and maintain best practices & standards across the company- Served as first program manager, developed & hired program management staff, currently serves as a program manager for our Data Privacy Compliance program, and maintain best practices & standards across the company
