Develop and implement inclusive recruitment strategies for DEI Workforce Partnerships, community and philanthropic partnerships, ERGs, etc • Partner with community organizations, affinity groups, and universities to build relationships and attract underrepresented talent• Strategic Talent Advisor to all ERG leaders regarding the planning and execution of TA related events, recruiting, and internal development sessions and ensure alignment with company-wide goals• Partner with HRBP’s, DEI Champions, and business leaders to identify gaps in talent representation and propose actionable solutions• Plan and execute DEI events such as career fairs, leadership panels, and cultural celebrations • Coordinated logistics for ERG-related events including topic selection, speaker engagement, and post-event feedback analysis, as well as managed events to enhance employee engagement • Analyze recruitment funnel data to identify disparities in hiring processes and build out strategic plans to improve applicant flow for underrepresented areas with the goal of balancing the company workforce • Create Excel dashboards to track key recruitment metrics and allow leadership to make data-informed decisions on strategic initiatives• Design recruiting toolkits and resources to support event planning and execution• Partner with marketing to develop inclusive employer branding campaigns to highlight diverse employee stories, create focused content for career fairs, websites, and recruitment materials• Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in employment marketing, ensuring that messaging resonated with targeted audience and cultural connections are made• Strengthen the company’s brand and reputation by attending conference, career fairs, and affinity group events
