Collaborating with the Product Manager to identify and execute short- and long-term design opportunities to improve the user experience across all Going Merry by Earnest products- Working cross-functionally with engineers to implement design solutions in sprints- Overhauled the Going Merry homepage using a comprehensive UX design process that included user research, wireframes, iterative high-fidelity mockups, component creation, extensive user testing, and A/B testing- The final product revitalized the brand by highlighting its most important product offerings for potential users. The design also included all new UI and copy that speaks to current design trends for their targeted user base- Audited and updated product colors to ensure products meet current accessibility standards as set by WCAG.
