Co-designed and directed two new retreats to the current introductory level retreat curriculum to build the spiritual lives of 200 students, foster community, and strengthen the Holy Cross identity of the college•Implemented a retreat leader formation program that guided 10 students per semester through prayer experiences to meet their current needs and gain skills to lead a small group•Coordinated social and spiritual events for the women’s ministry group on campus and trained student leaders to facilitate•Supervised 2, out of state, week long SERVE (Students Engaged in Reflective Volunteer Experience) trips to lead students through Catholic Social Teaching values while executing on-site service.
