Courtney leads the Atlanta office of HVS, where she specializes in hotel consulting and appraisals across the Southeastern United States. She is also a member of the Spa & Wellness consulting practice, advising on wellness-oriented hotels nationally. Courtney helps owners, developers, investors, and municipalities with market positioning, feasibility, and valuation of branded and independent hospitality assets. Her expertise encompasses boutique and lifestyle hotels, extended-stay properties, wellness-oriented resorts, convention hotels, and properties in military and coastal markets.Courtney brings a strong strategic perspective to each project. She blends current business dynamics with local market opportunities to develop solutions that align with a client’s investment objectives. Clients value her thoughtful approach and her ability to synthesize data into clear insights and effectively communicate recommendations. Her hands-on management experience includes overseeing a luxury spa, the front office at a luxury hotel, and an Equinox Club in NYC. Drawing on her experience, she provides clients with advice on their property’s travel and wellness services to enhance its market profile.She also brings a global perspective and a client-focused mindset to engagements. Courtney has extensive experience in global hospitality and cross-cultural business environments, having held operational roles at luxury hotels in Paris and NYC. Fluent in English and French, she has contributed to consulting assignments across the U.S, France, and China.Courtney holds a Master of International Hospitality Management from the dual-degree program between L’Institut Paul Bocuse and EMLYON Business School in France. She also earned a graduate degree in French Studies at Middlebury College with coursework at La Sorbonne.
