Lead and oversee global paid media strategies for large scale enterprise accounts in the B2B tech space across the AMER, EMEA and APJ regions managing full-funnel marketing campaigns with the goal of driving top of funnel leads through paid media campaigns-Development of quarterly strategic paid media plans including digital marketing budget allocation and KPI projection forecasting across paid media platforms-Responsible for strategy, execution, and management of paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter/X, Reddit and Outbrain to support demand generation and awareness goals-Implementation of advanced targeting strategies including Account-Based Marketing tactics on LinkedIn and StackAdapt, pixel retargeting, Facebook Custom Audiences and programmatic audience segments-Extensive analytics reporting leveraging Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics platforms to build custom dashboards to source actionable insights, strategic optimizations and recommendations for all lead and demand generation paid media and display campaigns with the goal of converting top of funnel leads into sourced sales opportunities-Management of Salesforce lead integrations and working directly with the internal Marketing Ops team with automation platforms such as Marketo and Integrate-A/B testing of creative, audiences and messaging to gather insightful data to drive future strategic recommendations-Oversee the paid media team along with senior leadership, including five direct reports to develop technical training plans, career path development and mentorship-Social broadcasting at large scale tech events through Facebook Live streams, Instagram Stories, SnapChat Stories and live Tweeting to increase social media SOV and attendee engagement.
