As a member of the Telaid PMO, responsible for:Manage, coach, and develop a team of over 30 Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Assistants working on multiple different Projects and Customers.Provide a world-class Customer experience on a portfolio of over $30M in yearly revenue.Serve as an Account Manager for Telaid\'s largest Customer, conducting quarterly business review presentations and meeting in-person with the Customer on a regular cadence.Complete bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial forecasting of awarded, proposed, and qualified business opportunities.Review SOWs, perform project estimation, submit proposals, review and revise contracts, draft and submit project change requests / out-of-scope requests in the event of scope creep.Serve on several internal process improvement cohorts and committees, including onboarding and training, program improvement, and several other initiatives.Attend Customer project update meetings and oversee team execution of projects.Review dashboards and project reporting to evaluate project and team risk management.Ensure timely invoicing of projects to meet monthly revenue goals.Drive team culture and cohesiveness through daily/weekly team meetings and check-in\'s.
