About Courtney Cheng

UCLA Anderson and UC Berkeley alumna passionate about advocating with historically marginalized communities.As an HR professional at Microsoft, I aim to build and enhance programs, communities, and people rhythms that create inclusive cultures and support individuals in the ways that best serve them. My experience shaping Anderson\'s equity, diversity, and inclusion landscape, as well as my background as a project manager at the intersection of the higher education and nonprofit sectors, informed my approach to building relationships and creating equitably access for all people from all backgrounds. Since completing my undergrad degree, I have also served as a mentor to college and graduate students. Beyond the professional realm, I am an aspiring creative nonfiction writer, a bachata and salsa dancer, a regular at my local gym, an avid reader, and a food and landscape photographer.
