Conferring with Program Staff, Department of Civil Service, and Division of Budget representatives to further explain and support such classification protocols.• Processing appointment, promotion, transfer, and reassignment transactions for Department employees.• Collaborating with Department staff as well as external entities such as Civil service, Division of Budget, Office of Diversity and Inclusion Management, Business Services Center, and the Office of Employee Relations to ensure the Department is meeting all requirements and remains in compliance with laws, policies, and procedures governing HRM• Maintaining effective procedures to ensure the timely submission of probationary performance evaluations and for annual employee work performance ratings and programs. Reviewing employee evaluations to identify any problems.
