As a senior member of KCNA’s Program Aurora team, this role develops and implements communications and change management plans in support of the business strategies for Aurora within Kimberly-Clark North America (KCNA). The role will drive an effective communications plan in support of Kimberly-Clark’s transformation agenda relative to the Aurora program. The role works with the appropriate executive sponsors and other leaders to develop communications and change management plans that inform, engage, and persuade KCNA employees about the employee value proposition Aurora provides.• Serves as a communications and change management advisor to the KCNA Aurora project team members, and is an adjunct member of the global Aurora Change Management Office. • Develop and execute measurable integrated communication and change management plans for KCNA Aurora, aligned with various phases of the program, focused on deployment of new technology platforms, and connected capabilities, and new standardized processes. Partner with the KCNA Communications team, the global Program Management office and Communications Office, as well as the broader change management teams. • Develop, evolve, and lead the Communications and Engagement “playbook” specific to the KCNA business execution for workstreams across Aurora as they begin deployment of their Digital Capability• Acts as a key member of the KCNA leadership team of Aurora, instrumental in crafting change management materials and effective communications plans.• Develop proactive communication strategies to support culture and employee engagement activities, partnered with the KCNA Aurora HR Business Partner. This includes developing campaigns to drive employee engagement, recognition program, digital employee communication platform and support evolving ways of working.
