Provide actionable insights from research findings to team members, product managers, and directors in order to streamline agile process. Utilize knowledge in both research and design to assist the UX team in designing the component library, design system, and other projects. Guide product managers, designers, and other company executives to refine their questions and assumptions into clear research goals. Create personas, sitemaps, and user journeys using a mixed-methods approach as well as user testing tools to gather qualitative data. Participate in design thinking workshops to brainstorm solutions to current pain points using customer research.
