I was appointed by executive leaders to lead a standalone function within our Community & Belonging team focused on Employee Engagement.\\\\n\\\\n Instrumental in driving cultural/organizational change by scaling our location-based program designed to build culture and community where our employees work and live, WeAreEquinix (WRE), to 37 locations globally with 250+ volunteer leaders.\\\\n Led multi-quarter initiative to define our WRE program vision and 3-year strategy. Conducted extensive discovery work with internal stakeholders globally and benchmarked against external culture building programs. Received executive support for the program vision and strategy.\\\\n Created a net new team of five full-time employees for the organization with representation in AMER, EMEA, and APAC to streamline the employee experience and lower barriers to engagement.\\\\n Partner and facilitate engagement across Community & Belonging Leadership Team and WRE core programs of Community Impact, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging, Fun & Creativity, Green & Sustainability, and Wellbeing.\\\\n Instituted quarterly governance meeting to make decisions, prioritize, and align on Employee Engagement initiatives.\\\\n Conceptualized roadshow program to visit teams around the globe and create opportunities for two-way dialogue with our corporate teams and data center operators alike.\\\\n Manage program budget totaling ~$1M.\\\\n Collaborate with Sustainability Team to consistently ensure alignment across ESG reporting and metrics.\\\\n Partner with the Transformation Office to influence and evolve our organizational culture.\\\\n Advocated for and galvanized a team to reinstate end of year onsite celebrations post Covid.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
