Innovation and strategy are my passions. My ideal career will always involve both of those. Working in the financial services industry is something I never thought I would do; however, I have come to realize that it will be one of the most important product management experiences of my career. The financial services industry has one of the most important products to manage out there - people\'s money. If I had to describe myself in three words they would be: innovative, driven, and collaborative. Without innovation, nothing changes and people get stuck in the day to day. Without drive, nothing gets accomplished. And without collaboration, you get limited ideas and GroupThink.Working at a Bank has not only taught me to think differently and more creatively in a highly regulated environment but it has also taught me how to be willing to adapt to a constantly changing environment. Having worked in this industry with the level of regulation and importance of the product we are dealing with, I know that I will be ready to work with any type of product if the right opportunity comes along.
