ABOUT COURTNEY AZARI
I am a J.D. Candidate at Southwestern Law School (SCALE Two-Year Accelerated Program), with a background in education and a passion for using the law to advance equity and justice. My interests include civil rights, education law, employment law, and criminal law. I believe legal advocacy can empower communities and drive systemic change. Before law school, I conducted research on educational inequality through an honors thesis and served as Chief Justice in student government, where I advocated for student rights and fair processes. These experiences continue to shape my legal perspective and fuel my commitment to access, equity, and public service. At Southwestern, I am building on this foundation through hands-on legal training and public interest work, preparing to serve as an advocate who bridges the gap between education and the law.I am always open to connecting with others who are passionate about justice, policy, and community impact.
