Additionally, I am an executive board member of UofSC Law’s Moot Court Bar as Associate Justice of Research and Writing. I am also a member of The Order of the Barristers, a national honors society for excellence in oral advocacy and brief writing skills. In 2022, I competed in the Kate Bockman Memorial Competition for UofSC Moot Court where I ranked among the top 8 oral advocates and received the “Best Appellate Brief” award. In 2023, I competed in the JWL Moot Court Competition; as a finalist, I was afforded the invaluable opportunity of presenting my oral argument at the South Carolina Supreme Court. Before I began my law school career, I worked as an Account Executive at The Rosen Group, a PR and strategic communications agency in New York City before switching fields, joining the non-profit organization \"Teach for America.” For TFA, I worked for two years as an English teacher at Colleton County High School in Walterboro, SC.
