I’m a Staff UX Researcher specializing in quantitative methods and program strategy. I lead cross-organizational efforts to scale data-informed decision-making and connect user feedback and data to product outcomes.After identifying a gap in how teams measured and acted on user experience, I pitched and built a quantitative UX research program from the ground up—defining its vision, operational model, and success metrics. The program now drives a culture of measurement across teams, empowering leaders to join attitudinal data with behavioral patterns to make smarter, more empathetic product decisions.My recent focus has been on organizational change—introducing a company-wide success measurement framework, conducting platform-level meta-analyses to reveal shared user needs, and reimagining how feedback channels inform product strategy.
