In the role of People and Culture (P&C) Manager, I lead People & Culture strategies and serve as the main point of contact for senior leaders and their teams within the Commercial W&C division (approximately 500 team members). I am responsible for delivering people strategy aimed at accelerating growth and cultivating high performance while ultimately positioning Southwire as an employer of choice. As a P&C Manager, I serve as a guide to leaders at all levels within the division (i.e. SVPs and their directs) improving business performance through a focus on staffing, organizational development, and talent management. I rely on my HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.Key Job Responsibilities- Support business leaders in driving core P&C process- Provide managers with counsel, subject guidance, and support in the areas of employee relations, change management, and compensation- Collaborate with managers to help tie their business objectives to talent profiles and people strategies- Act as a customer-first, people-oriented solutions consultant through providing thought partnerships and resources for the senior leadership- Support senior leaders in fostering a culture of excellence within their teams through performance management and talent management- Contribute to the evolution of the People & Culture Manager team through thought partnership and various project
