Delivering the bespoke Psychology for Flourishing Programme which is offered to all first-year students. Its primary aim is to provide students with psychological skills, knowledge, and self-awareness; enabling them to enhance their wellbeing and flourish in their studies and beyond. The delivery is in a workshop format designed to be interactive and experiential. The primary frameworks underpinning the programme are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training (ACT) and Positive Psychology; as well as general psychological principles specifically relevant to the students
