At Target I engaged in and often led Drive-ups and the service desk by supervising 5 to 10 other team members by delegating daily tasks and monitoring progress so they were completed in an effective and timely manner. Also at Target I organized and tracked front-end employees breaks to allow them to be taken at strategic times without interfering with the workplace flow using knowledge from the stores active hours. I interact with customers, prepare orders, track inventory, and stock registers with cash. In addition to this I ensure efficiency of checkout lanes and drive up orders while maintaining an inviting environment.
