ABOUT COURTNEY RUDOLPH BALDRIDGE

Courtney Baldridge, with over thirty years of work in the aging, public affairs and political world, has developed an expertise in key stakeholder collaboration focused on high impact aging and health related programs and services for non-profits and the business community. Courtney’s experience ranges from working in the “trenches” running a community based non-profit providing in-home services to the most at-risk older population, to developing national communications campaigns at AARP, to working with the nation’s premier industry experts developing programs and services that target the aging and disability populations. Currently, Courtney is a consultant and handles USAging corporate programs and business strategy, developing partnerships and identifying innovative and effective business opportunities that deliver meaningful services to the nation’s older population. In 2012, Courtney led a team that developed the Diabetes Care Center program model, winning the 2012 Sanofi Data Design Diabetes Challenge. Courtney has worked with USAging and America\'s leading companies to develop effective service models to help the aging network meet the needs of payor’s in the integrated care space; drive national partnerships and campaigns on issues relevant to the aging population like medicare education & consumer benefit awareness, COVID education and equity outreach; and develop direct to consumer lines of business to diversify funding streams for the aging network. As SDOH has been embraced by the healthcare system, Courtney is working on health care systems integration, with data and standards groups, to ensure the socialcare voice is represented and reflected at the table. Courtney currently serves on the Strategic Advisory Council and the Pilot Affinity Work Group for The Gravity Project; is Vice Chair of Direct Trust\'s Information Exchange for Human Services; and also participates in Project Unify and has been elected as one of the Co-Chairs of the HL7 Human & Social Services Workgroup. And, finally, Courtney acknowledges being flattered that Direct Trust included her in their most recent class of \"Interoperability Hero\'s\".
