Oversee daily activities including Recruiting, Orientation, Onboarding, Employee and Client Relations, and Training of new employees.•Collaborate with Owner to ensure coordination of open positions, providing daily status updates and feedback on staffing increases or decreases.•Implement various recruiting techniques such as online advertising, networking and referrals, cold-calling, posting on social media platforms, and attending industry events.•Create a pipeline of candidates for Temp-to-Hire, Short-Term, Contract, and Professional placements in Administrative, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Warehouse, and Medical positions.•Utilize applicant tracking system to ensure the maintenance of all employee records and other documentation.•Create job descriptions and ensure job postings are updated and accurate, constantly seeking out new recruiting and networking resources.•Responsible for the completion of new hire orientations and onboarding paperwork.•Verify compliance requirements with pre-employment/onboarding procedures including Background Checks, Drug Screens, Reference Checks, I-9’s, and E-Verify.•Assess and investigate employee-related problems, and administer performance management, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.•Represent as the Employer for Unemployment cases, including fact finding, presenting documentation and appealing cases•Oversee and conduct training sessions for internal staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.•Foster and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.•Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and effectively presenting the value proposition of products or services.•Actively participate in American Staffing Association, Colorado Staffing Association, and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
