That same passion has fueled my journey through nearly every level of property management across multiple markets and states.Over the years, I’ve advanced from Property Manager to Regional Manager, and now serve as Director of Operations while continuing to oversee multifamily communities in Colorado—including Denver, Fort Collins, and Laramie—as well as throughout the Southern U.S. I’ve led diverse teams and portfolios in St. Louis, Chicago, Minneapolis, Kansas City, and Ames, Iowa, consistently delivering strong performance, innovation, and growth.My experience spans conventional value-add communities across Class A to C, luxury midrise developments, student housing, affordable housing and mixed-use properties. I’ve been directly involved in over 25 acquisitions and countless dispositions.
