ABOUT COURTNEY NAGELIN

With over 25 years of experience in supply chain and packaging leadership, I am a seasoned project management expert who has successfully delivered end-to-end solutions for multiple NPI and LCM programs in the food, CPG, eCommerce, and retail industries. My core competencies include managing complex international supplier/buyer relationships, creating and executing strategic packaging direction, driving cost savings and sustainability initiatives, and collaborating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. As the former Head of Program Management and Operations at ProducePay, a Series C start-up, I created a new business unit that supported online marketplace sales in excess of $20MM, reduced PO/Invoice errors by 10%, and implemented logistics offerings in strategic port locations. Previously, I was the Global Director of Package Development at Beyond Meat, a dynamic $500MM organization, where I provided packaging guidance for all global NPD and LCM projects, supported a joint venture with Pepsi, and led a corporate-wide sustainable packaging project. My mission is to leverage my packaging and operations expertise, as well as my business acumen and technical skills, to deliver innovative and impactful solutions that align and optimize supply chain operations and costs, enhance customer experience and satisfaction, and contribute to environmental and social goals.
