ABOUT COURTNEY MINER

I\'ve been delivering and learning in the digital space for over 15 years. During that time, I\'ve moved from the \"learning as we go,\" scrappy team at a mostly print agency in the mid-oughts - to the whizz-bang, fast-paced digital department of a full-service ad agency - to where I am now, at Clockwork, with a completely strategic and digital consulting focus.My role at Clockwork has given me: The chance to work with some of the smartest (and kindest!) people. Period. The rare opportunity to work at a company that shares my commitment to social justice and anti-racism. The ability to lead clients and teams through ambiguity into the delivery of solutions that change the way we think, sell, work, and use that little thing we call the internet.The magic combination of emotional intelligence and excellent communication differentiates the most effective leaders from the average. The core of what I do is interpersonal; motivating team members, establishing trust with clients and teams, reading between the lines, asking the right questions, mining for (healthy) conflict, understanding individual nuances and team dynamics - and balancing all of that goodness to make sure we collaborate and deliver.
