Curious. Our wedding guests had an over/under count on how many times “curious” would be used to describe me. I ask a lot of questions (with intention). Hard-Working. If I’ve got anything, it’s effort. I care about doing things well and ensuring they matter.3. Collaborative. I genuinely like a group project (yes, really). Not because I’m along for the ride, but because it’s energizing to see ideas evolve and problems get solved through human collaboration.4. Supportive. A coworker recently told me they liked doing hard things with me. I liked it too (see \'collaborative\' above). I\'m there for my teammates even when (especially when) it\'s hard.
