I’m a Lead UX/Product Designer who loves solving problems, mentoring designers, and bringing teams together to create great experiences. As Lead UX Designer, I help designers balance business goals with user needs, grow into confident leaders, and make smart design decisions within our project and design system constraints.Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from customer-facing web apps (like Project Pulse, which helps homeowners track their remodeling projects) to security improvements like two-factor authentication. But what I really love is collaborating with teams, advocating for UX, and supporting designers as they grow in their careers.When I’m not deep in design, I’m all about costume-making and skiing. Every Halloween, I challenge myself to create a new costume (my sewing game keeps leveling up!), and when winter hits, I’m on the slopes chasing fresh powder.Let’s connect and chat about UX, leadership, or the best mountains to ski!
