ABOUT COURTNEY LANG ASSOC.

As the HR Recruitment Team Leader at The UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), I oversee the recruitment and selection of high-quality candidates for various roles within the organisation. I work with a team of HR Recruitment Officers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to interview facilitation to pre employment checks. I also liaise with hiring managers, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and employers. I am passionate about helping others and growing professionally in the field of Human Resources. I have passed Human resource management L5 CIPD Diploma. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Aberystwyth University, which has helped me develop strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
