Professor and Chair of Political Science at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with 20+ years in higher education. I lead a Big Ten department that integrates impactful research, innovative teaching, and student success, drawing on extensive experience in faculty mentorship, stakeholder engagement, and curriculum design.My scholarship focuses on international human rights institutions and global governance.
