ABOUT COURTNEY HARDY

Project management, project coordination, construction manager, operations, accounting, and overall management has been my experience at all past jobs. At my current/soon to be previous employer, my position was to overlook the whole company and that was a big position to have but I succeeded all expectations in that industry position. Every position I have been involved with has tremendously grown and flourished from where it started, I am ready to start a new chapter and see that happen elsewhere. Anything that I am not currently trained or skilled at, I am willing to learn, am a fast learner and will strive to exceed all expectations. I believe I have the skills beyond what it takes to fulfill any position I am called for. During my previous employment positions with the knowledge, I have gained I am able to explore other fields of work.Please accept this as an expression of my interest in the position for your company. I am seeking an opportunity to secure a challenging role in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization or reputable company where I can fully utilize my training, skills, and business operations background to the maximum, while taking a significant contribution to the success of the company. Searching for a position where I can contribute my enthusiasm to learn and grow in the industry (whatever that may be), my strong work ethic and willingness to take on new responsibilities. Eager to find a place of employment that allows me to apply my strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with my passion for continuous learning, to make a positive impact and contribute to the overall goals of the organization. Although it may not be in the industry, I am most familiar with I am looking for somewhere where I can leverage my adaptability, and passion for innovation to contribute to projects, learn from experienced professionals, and develop a successful career. I would also like to expand my learnings, knowledge, and skills.
