QTS Data Center Project:• Monitor and communicate safety programs and efforts with on-site trade partners and Helix employees• Ensure safety is part of the day-to-day culture and that all new hires have proper safety documents. • Conduct documented safety and health inspections monthly, coordinating compliance reports. • Coordinate with Project Supervision so that necessary protective equipment and safety materials are utilized, adequate first aid materials are available, and safety documents are posted on-site• Investigate all injuries and review all accident reports, coordinating corrective measures with Helix employees and logging injuries/illnesses for OSHA purposes• Minimize construction hazards and enforce safety policies utilizing the company’s disciplinary policy• Conduct/coordinate Project Safety \"Toolbox\" meetings with all Helix employees • Develop and implement Site Specific LOTO, controlled access, and energization plans for individual projects• Assist in developing task specific work planning processes and audit performance adherence• Create a collaborative, positive safety culture with all McCarthy employees, trade partners and owners
