ABOUT COURTNEY GABLE
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years in the field of wellness. I am a therapist at Healing Hearts Therapy in Blue Bell, PA, where I am also KAP Program Director. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology (MA) from La Salle University, and my undergraduate degree from Tisch School of the Arts, NYU (BFA). I am a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Yoga Therapist. My therapeutic approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), compassionate inquiry, and systems (family and internal family). Upon request, I am able to somatic work/integrate postural yoga and/or breathwork into the therapeutic process. My inclusive work focuses on: Helping people to feel seen and valued for who they are, wherever they are; those struggling with individual and multi-generational trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, depression and anxiety; women’s issues; as well as body neutrality and Health At Every Size (HAES) – all with mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance.
