Leads the Employee Growth & Development team and the Learning Technology team with ownership of their daily support needs and long-term development. Effectively communicates training best practices for internal and external training. Conducts and coordinates training programs (onsite and virtual), as needed, to support clients or internal teams. Develops and works with Leadership and Executive teams to establish and monitor stakeholder training plans. Partners with Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, and Training Delivery teams to evaluate training programs to keep current with new learning modalities and training audience needs. Documents and improves department operational standards and procedures to enhance team operations and streamline work processes. Works collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional services. Develops quarterly goals for the Employee Growth & Development team and Learning Technologies team and leads the teams in completion of those goals. Monitors the effectiveness of training initiatives and proactively recommends improvements. Continually grows product, functional, and industry knowledge through training, research, and collaboration.
