The Support Worker is a direct care support position and is responsible for the welfare of children, youth, and young adults in Key\'s congregate care residential programs. The job of the Support Worker is to engage and establish professional, helping relationships with a diverse client population, many of whom have complex background histories that include trauma, sexual exploitation, run-away patters, behavioral issues, mental health diagnoses, and neurodevelopmental disorders. While on shift, the Support Worker assists co-workers and supervisors to provide supervision of clients, to implement their treatment plans, and to maintain daily program structure within the milieu.
