About Courtney Dunlap

I am an incoming senior at Indiana University studying accounting at the Kelley School of Business. The characteristics I highlighted below speak to what I will bring to any future job setting.Collaborative: Within any professional job setting there needs to be a great degree of collaboration in order to be successful. Much of what we do in many Kelley courses involves teamwork, in many of these courses I have taken initiative collaborating and making our group work a success. In a recent case competition I was able to foster a great deal of collaboration within my group and lead us in being one of the top contenders. Resourceful: In a world with such limited resources it\'s important to be resourceful. Our ecological footprint is something that many businesses and organizations alike need to consider. Those around me see that I am resourceful. In High School I participated in the Eco Club, assisting in initiatives that allowed for our school to reduce its ecological footprint through recycling and repurposing items. Motivated: Motivation is a key skill for every individual looking to succeed in the business world. I have been recognized often for my motivation within both the school and work setting. This motivation has been demonstrated through my drive to participate in clubs and activities in college while maintaining a high GPA.
