   AIOps, or Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations, is the application of AI capabilities like natural language processing and machine learning to automate and streamline IT operational workflows. As an AIOps Brand Technical Specialist at IBM, I sell IBM’s AIOps solutions to my incredible clients.\\\\n\\\\nI work collaboratively with clients to develop relationships, understand their pain points with their large virtual and cloud environments, and earn their trust by demonstrating how IBM\'s industry-leading AIOps solutions can solve their problems and deliver value to their business. I define and detail feasible IBM AIOps solutions that complement and enhance clients\' existing tech stacks, and I deliver proof of concepts while simplifying difficult technical topics into understandable client education.\\\\n\\\\nI have in-depth knowledge of IBM Turbonomic (Application Resource Management), IBM Instana Observability (Application Performance Management), proactive incident avoidance and predictive IT operations with IBM Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps, IBM SevOne (Network performance management), and IBM FlexeraOne (IT Asset Management), and I consult, advise and educate clients, serving as their trusted advisor. I also host in-person and virtual workshops, create blogs posts and other assets to educate clients on our solutions.\\\\n\\\\nI build credibility and trust at all levels, both internally and externally, to close highly complex AIOps Software deals.
