I have over 2 decades of experience in working with people in varied capacities. I have work experience that ranges from restaurants to mental health, and claims to consulting. My diverse background has provided me with impeccable people skills, relatability to internal and external customers, and the ability to assess situations efficiently to discern the best possible outcome. I work with adults who have witnessed or experienced trauma, and have training in crisis intervention, compassion fatigue, EMDR, and treating traumatized populations. My claims specialty includes injury and fatality claims resulting from auto accidents, general liability, and workers\' compensation losses - often with high or catastrophic exposures. I am also an educator and provide my students with real-world learning to ensure they are set up for success.
