ABOUT COURTENAY BAYES
I am a driven and hard working student athlete who is currently completing a B.Hons in Psychology while playing U-Sports Women’s Ice Hockey. My passion for fitness and mental health inspires me to empower individuals. I aim to teach young athletes to enjoy process over results and to train with intent. I believe in taking a holistic approach when training to maximize physical and psychological development, and am actively gaining a deeper understanding of the mental aspects that contribute to athletic performance. As a High Performance Coach, I directly apply concepts from my studies and own experiences as an athlete. I strive to foster a supportive and dynamic environment for athletes of all levels. My goal one day is to help other athletes train their minds just as efficiently as they train their bodies.
