For nearly 30 years, Bill Treasurer has been on a mission to help people and organizations be more courageous. How? By driving out fear and building backbone. Bill is the Chief Encouragement Officer (CEO) at Giant Leap Consulting, Inc, which has impacted thousands of leaders across the globe by building workplace courage. Bill is a bestselling author of six books on leadership and courage and is a sought after keynote speaker. Prior to founding Giant Leap, Bill worked in the change management and human performance practice at Accenture, where he served as the company\'s first fulltime internal executive coach. Bill and Giant Leap have worked with such renowned organizations as NASA, eBay, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lenovo, Spanx, Walsh Construction, Southern Company, the National Science Foundation, Aldridge Electric Inc, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Bill learned about courage by facing his fear of heights, eventually becoming a member of the US High Diving Team. Bill has performed over 1500 dives from heights that scaled to over 100 feet.
