He has a proven track record of using business drivers and technology options to help develop defined solutions, and operational enablement, to bring products to market that are customer driven and successful.Overall, Mr. Coulter’s background includes Cloud Architecture roles at high growth, global companies including Toyota, Cisco, Juniper, PNC, BlackHawk Network, Sun Microsystems, PNC, Ebay/Paypal, NASA, Autodesk, Coca Cola, Veritas, and Informatica. He has developed technology-based businesses from scratch, based on his patents, and innovation. He has worked with the world’s largest companies, helping to seed and establish cloud computing increasing their competitiveness and success.Mr. Coulter has a number of patents, inventions and innovations focused in cloud computing. He has contributed to the source code for Hadoop, has over six years’ experience with Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, Cassandra, Agile, Git, Jenkins and the technologies enabling the cloud. Mr. Coulter has worked extensively in AWS, Azure, and GCP. Mr. Coulter has also provided alignment with corporate strategies, security and compliance and business drivers.Mr. Coulter was the primary inventor of the Policy as Code efforts for Ansible at Red Hat. This included coming up with the patent, working with the initial customers and defining the solution and business value. Policy as Code was announced at Red Hat Summit 2024.
