Accurately reviewing and sorting throught over 500 orders daily to ensure that urgent tasks are prioritised and orders are processed eficiently within expected deadlines- Orders being split between 4 different categories, 3 online and 1 in store, I ensure that the appropriate collection is done from each department, centralizing the order in the warehouse, each product is then scanned to match the client\'s order and finnaly allocated to a specific space in the warehouse until pick-up or delivery is completed- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to unload delivery trucks, sort merchandise, and replenish stock on the sales floor- Perform regular inventory counts and participate in stock-taking activities to maintain accurate inventory levels- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers- Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock movements, including returns, damages, and transfers- Provide support during promotional events, sales, and seasonal changes by adjusting displays and assisting with stock rotation- Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and improve job performance- Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to loss prevention and security measures- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to identify process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, actively contributing to a culture of teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
