In my current role, I work at Bybox, an international software and supply chain management company• Since 2018, I’ve taken a less demanding role, so that I could also fit in MSc study in Cyber Security at Birmingham City University• This role involves delivering first-line IT support to a range of colleagues and stakeholders• The keys to this role are excellent communication (to build positive relationships and manage expectations) and problem-solving (both coming up with new ideas and using my experience to deliver previously successful solutions)• I also deliver training as part of this role, on a range of Cyber Security prevention issues such as phishing and malware
