My journey began in the late ’90s, developing software solutions for major banking and industrial Clients, which gave me a strong engineering mindset and a practical understanding of how systems behave in real environments.In I joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), transitioning from software development to leading delivery and cross‑functional teams on complex web applications, CRM and Billing programs for major telco operators—building the leadership foundations of my career.In 2006, with Informatica Trentina and later with Lombardia Informatica, I transitioned into the public sector and into large‑scale digital transformation programs. I became accountable for strategic e‑government initiatives with high social impact, interacting with institutions, managing multi‑stakeholder environments, and ensuring that technology served citizens and local communities.In 2011, I joined Ericsson, marking the beginning of a long and meaningful professional evolution. Over the years, my role expanded from Service Delivery and Line Manager—leading operations teams for critical IT services of major telco operators—to Head of Solution Delivery, a role I stepped into in 2022, leading a Business Unit and taking responsibility for both presales and delivery for major Telco operators in Italy. My current role, from November 2025, is MSCOO for PosteMobile Customer.
