Originally founded by myself as an amalgamation project to combine years of event, theatre and marketing experience together from 2013. Costume and Play soon developed into a serious business venture, with key clients such as Microsoft, Insomnia Gaming Festival, MCM comic con and the Science Museum.It has grown some of the UK\'s top event cosplay presences such as Insomnia Gaming Festival.Since Costume and Play came on board, originally lacking a cosplay presence entirely, our stage events overfill its main stage attendance) generate 600 zone area footfall per hour and incorporate an average of 30 unique cosplay performances. Costume and Play then expanded its services to incorporate cosplay agency management, B2B and B2C event and costume products, attracting dozens of corporate and community clients alike. Costume and Play\'s community arm prides itself on a 4 key values principle. Our ultimate aim is to continue to be humble servants to the cosplay community directly, while allowing companies to tap into cosplay\'s incredible array of skills and potential; ultimately uniting fandom and industry. This value principle has enabled Costume and Play to become a fully inclusive service, delivering zone areas, cosplay marketing campaigns and stage content from concept to product; attracting key professionals with decades of experience and multi-award winning cosplayers alike. Most importantly is the sheer passion and dedication to each project, service or product we complete, we have grown from the ground up, and value the opportunity to create ways anyone can engage directly with cosplay.
