Most recent project that I was part of was a redesign of a big e-commerce help-center so that customers could engage more easily with customer service, ask questions about orders, read more about the company and so forth. For this project we used NextJs with typescript because of it’s static generation of html files and also offers server-side rendering, GraphQL and Axios for outside api calls, ChakraUI for stylings. Here, I was involved in both front-end and back-end parts where I was responsible of integrating with Dynamics365 for searching the FAQ articles, integrate with a Dynamics365 Live Chat feature, developing the Virtual Agent flows and connecting them with the necessary api calls.
