Originally joined as a Technical Product Manager, ended up building the project management function, team tools to start delivering to customers• Currently manage team of 2 delivering 30 customer projects. We leverage automations to reduce admin overhead to tackle large volume. We automatically calculate delays, chase people, identify delay source, allow plans to dynamically communicate • Managing JLR Programme (search Elysia JLR Forbes). This represents the companies highest technically complex project, as it combines all our products to deliver the integrated ecosystem value. I work directly with LL4 stakeholders to deliver on our collaboration and demonstrate business value. Fortescue town hall appraisal for successful delivery.• Setup JIRA from scratch with consultants and picked up admin skills from them to build our JIRA site on my own. Rolled out complete change to team’s way of working to migrate to JIRA and I can tell you people hate nothing more than change. Setup workflows, automations, Gantt tools, formulas, Confluence and empowered team to gain PowerBI and ScriptRunner skills to enhance capability. • Processes – create, optimise and ensure processes are followed to improve product delivery. Include change, risk, fault, lessons learned, retrospectives, sprints etc. Plus adapted for ASPICE certification.• Delivery Engine – built our customer onboarding process unifying product, sales, technical teams• Portfolio Reporting - currently building for leadership view of KPI and company goal progress• Fortescue coaching – recognised for results and powerful of tool automations I am on Fortescue’s UK Project Management Council to improve the wider business processes and coach teams on framework I developed for Elysia.
