About Cosette Bilski

As an aspiring and highly motivated Human resources individual, I strive in my current position to help people achieve more in this ever-changing world. After graduating from Central Washington University in 2023 with a degree in Business administration in human resources, I took a contractor position with CBRE as a Lobby Host at Microsoft where I help meet the client\'s needs every day. I am a hard worker as well as a fast learner. I work well both in independent and calibrating team environments. Some of my strong skills consist of being able to multitask projects, professional communication, time management/prioritization, and always being willing to learn something new in a short period. Human resources has been a passion of mine for a long time as working to bring employees closer together professionally can bring a lot to the table and create a strong organization in the long run.
