About Cory Vincent

A Desktop Support Analyst and Network Administrator with outstanding and diverse skills. I am a proponent of the “Outside of the Box” thinking to get things done. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. My most recent employment was with a great company called Smarthome. My primary role was as a Network Administrator. Within the IT world we wear many hats. I played a key role in end user desktop support up to, and including the CEO. I performed computer and software maintenance, wireless LAN installs, training, and many other duties that literally saved the company thousands of dollars a year. Because of my diverse skills I was able to keep everything in house. There was no need to outsource external companies for things like CCTV camera installation, pulling and terminating Ethernet cable (CAT5, CAT6, RG59 and RG-6). Specialties: Trainer/Instructor, Project Management, IP CCTV installation and support, WiFi/Wireless Network Communications (diagnosing and supporting), Writing technical documentation as well as training manuals and instructional “How To” articles.
