About Cory Saffran

I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20+ years in multiple companies of varying size. This experience ranges from independent restaurants and catering companies to large corporations spanning the globe in the luxury segment. Over the years, I have held multiple positions from in-room dining to restaurants and bars. I was then the promoted into a large banquet environment with 100 staff members and worked my way to director. A few years, after multiple openings and renovations, I relocated for a massive endeavor opening the largest luxury property in Central Florida. After a few years of constant change, refinement and setting up a team of over 500 employees across 9 outlets, I was promoted to an executive at the property level. After leaving hotels/resorts, I moved to the premium country club environment and then became a managing partner in a hospitality consulting firm helping to rebrand and launch three concepts in the Tampa Bay Area.These years of experience have refined my skills in people management, budgeting, financial forecasting and analysis and other key facets of leading a team and driving results at multiple touchpoint important for the success of the team and the business.
